Standard shipping for orders in the United States take 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

Shipping Times

Standard US: 7 to 10 business days

Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days

Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days**Note: If the item purchased is a special item other than the order processing time is approx. 2-4 days.

Expedited & Overnight order cut off time is 1pm EST Monday-Friday.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship. If the order is placed before 2:00pm EST on weekdays then the order is shipped on the same day.

Since we print every reusable grocery bag when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check your product selection before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll try our best to resolve the issue. Please contact us at bagandmarket@gmail.com for further information.

We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
